Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all Fotografia orders within Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Because every Fotografia book is custom-made to order, production begins shortly after you place your order.
Typical delivery timeframes are:
- Production: 4-5 business days
- Shipping: 6-7 business days (varies by country)
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
Do you offer express shipping?
At this stage, we don’t offer express shipping. This helps us keep every Fotografia book made to a consistent quality standard while offering free domestic delivery.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
Can I ship my Fotografia order directly to someone as a gift?
Yes — you can enter the recipient’s address at checkout and we’ll ship it straight to them with free shipping anywhere in Australia.

How does custom ordering work?
Each Fotografia book is created specifically for you. Once your order is placed, it goes into production and is printed to match the format and specifications selected at checkout.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
If you contact us quickly, we’ll do our best to help. However, because your book moves into production soon after purchase, changes or cancellations may not be possible once printing has begun.
If you need help, email us as soon as you can at contact@fotografia.shop with your order number.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Please contact us immediately. If production hasn’t started or the order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to update the address.

What is your refund policy?
Because Fotografia products are custom-made and printed to order, we’re unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind or preference-based reasons (for example, selecting the wrong size, colour, or layout style).
That said, we stand by our quality. If your order arrives with a print or manufacturing issue, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
What qualifies as a quality issue?
Quality issues can include things like:
- Printing defects (e.g., ink marks, misprints, missing pages)
- Binding faults
- Significant damage during delivery
If something doesn’t look right, we’ll make it right.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us at contact@fotografia.shop within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of what happened
We’ll review it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Do you offer exchanges?
As each Fotografia book is uniquely customised, we don’t offer exchanges. However, if there’s a genuine quality issue, we’ll absolutely take care of you.

We do our best to ensure colours and details print beautifully, but slight variations can occur depending on:

- Print production processes
- Lighting in your photos
